8 Black floor-length table cloths for vendors and registration tables
6 White floor-length table cloths cloths for all high tops
Light up branches on both sides of the door entrance
3 Lanterns and 3 flower vases placed on all high-top tables
Registration
Begins at 4:00p
Computer used to check students into event, may swipe Student ID if available
Fashion Show
Begins at 4:15p
Slideshow: Facts, people of Walmart, professional quotes from T. Haas and business professionals playing during registration
Stage: T-shaped set up for fashion show
Lighting: Up-lighting/spotlight to improve lighting of stage
Chairs: 150 set up in theatre style facing stage
Food and Beverage
Opens after fashion show
Committee of 4 to guide students and explain flavors
Pre-bagged popcorn: Black bags with gold ties attached, purchased from Grand Rapids Popcorn Company, buying six bulk bags of butter (two bags), caramel, white cheddar, kettle, and cheddar gold
Beverage: 200 cans of soda and 100 bottles of water donated by Aramark
Trash and recycling bins already available in surrounding area
Vendors
Open 4-4:15, then again after fashion show
6 tables set up for vendors
Plantenga’s booth in a prominent location
Clothing Drive
Opens after fashion show
Clothing donated by Plantenga’s and collected from Grand Valley’s clothing drive
Set up on racks Plantenga’s is borrowing us
Tickets and Prizes
Gold Ties: Gold ties are placed under certain chairs for t-shirts
Tickets: Beats earbuds, mini Keurig, Polaroid with film drawn with ticket bowls
Students get 2 tickets at door, vendors can give away tickets as well
Welcome Bags: 200 with small items donated by businesses, bags provided by Plantenga’s
